Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wild Throw Co. The terms and conditions that constitute our Returns Policy is as follows.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In the same condition as received.
Unwashed, unworn and unused.
With original tags and packaging.
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Photographs to verify your claims.

What is Not Covered?

We do not cover the following returns:

You misused or altered the product in any way that led to the problem, for example, not following our care instructions.
You disposed of, lost, destroyed or damaged the products after delivery.
You were made aware of variations, discrepancies or faults but agreed to purchase the product.

What is Covered?

You received what you purchased but later changed your mind

Occasionally, things don’t go to plan and we understand that. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact our sales team and return the item to our address within 30 days, ensuring it is in its original packaging. Items returned without prior acceptance will not be processed. We’re unable to cover the cost of returning unwanted items, so return postage will need to be paid by the customer. We recommend keeping proof of posting, as responsibility for the item remains with the customer until it arrives at our office. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your return is approved. If the return is approved, you can either ask for an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in new condition and free from defects. If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, your refund will be processed right away.

You received a defective, damaged or incorrect product

In the unlikely event you received an item that is damaged, defective or different to what you ordered, please contact our sales team within 30 days, ensuring it is in its original packaging. All we ask is that you provide photographic evidence of the issue along with the order number. We’ll work quickly to make it right. If your request is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior acceptance will not be processed. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your return is approved. If the return is approved, you can either ask for an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in new condition and free from defects.

Product Variation

We don’t provide return labels for items returned due to product variation. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, no two items will be exactly alike. Slight variations in size, symmetry, geometry, construction, colour and pattern are all part of their unique character and should be expected. While we do our best to ensure accuracy, exact matches are not guaranteed. We use natural dyes, which may result in slight colour differences from what is shown in photo representations. Returns for this reason are treated as a change-of-mind return, with return postage at the customer’s expense.

Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@wildthrowco.com. We will ask you for information to determine if your request meets with our Returns Policy. You may ask for an exchange or a refund.

Exchanges - Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want. Exchanges must be for an item of the same value, or any price difference must be paid by the customer.
Refunds - Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed in accordance with your original payment method within 10 business days. Please contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved.

Resend Fee

If you've requested an exchange and a resend is needed due to an incorrect shipping address you provided, or any other error on your part, a resend fee will be charged to cover the additional shipping costs.
