Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wild Throw Co. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days so please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping Rates 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates for your order will be displayed at checkout. Shipping is free if you join our mailing list. If you are not enrolled in our mailing list, delivery within New Zealand will be charged NZD $12.00 and to Australia AUD $40.00.

Estimated delivery times:

• New Zealand orders arrive within 1-3 business days.
• Australia orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

Other Costs 

Any additional costs including but not limited to import duties, Goods and Services tax and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your own country's policy on importing goods. Many countries have a de minimis value which represents the minimum value of goods below which no duties or taxes are charged by a country’s customs authority.
