Where are your products designed & made?

Each throw and pillowcase is brought to life by our team of artisans in India and Morocco, who weave beauty into every detail. These products are handcrafted by very talented artisans in rural communities and are not machine made items. This means sometimes they're not completely perfect, symmetrical or a cut copy of one another. Small variations in pattern and colour may occur. We do not consider these imperfections as faults, and these factors should be considered before purchasing our handcrafted items.
Do you really offer refunds or exchanges on change-of-mind products?

We absolutely do and have a 30-day return guarantee! Please refer to our refund policy for complete details.
Where will my order be shipped from and how quickly will it arrive?

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Christchurch, New Zealand. We only use fast express shipping so you will receive your order quickly even if you're in Australia. All our shipments are tracked and we will provide you with the tracking number.
Do you ship worldwide?

We primarily serve customers in Australia and New Zealand, but we do offer worldwide shipping. If you're located outside these regions, please reach out to us at info@wildthrowco.com with your enquiry.
What are your shipping charges and estimated delivery times?

All Wild Club members enjoy FREE SHIPPING within Australia and New Zealand! Joining the Wild Club is easy and costs nothing — simply sign-up using the link on the footer of this website. Non-members are charged shipping at checkout as follows: delivery within New Zealand NZD $12.00 and delivery to Australia AUD $40.00. These charges are displayed before you make your purchase. Any additional import or customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. However many countries have a de minimis customs threshold, meaning orders below a certain amount are not subject to import taxes or duties. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order. Kindly note for security reasons, our courier companies do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Estimated delivery times: New Zealand orders arrive within 1–3 business days. Australia orders arrive within 3–5 business days.
Are your throws and pillowcases easy to care for?

Our throws and pillowcases are designed for everyday living and are easy to care for.

Throws

Our throws can be machine washed on a delicate cycle, gently hand washed or dry cleaned if preferred. As each piece is made using natural dyes, you may notice a small amount of colour run during the first wash which is perfectly normal.

Because we avoid harsh chemical treatment and keep our cotton pure and untreated, some initial shedding can occur, but this settles naturally over time and with washing. We recommend a gentle shake outdoors when they first arrive to release any loose fibres from the embroidery or tufting process.

To keep your throw looking its best, store in a cool and dry place.

Pillowcases

Crafted from natural fibres harvested from the Sahara Agave cactus, these pillowcases are dyed using natural pigments derived from plants and naturally occurring minerals found in the same region where they are made. These pieces will therefore require occasional dry cleaning to preserve their lasting beauty and amazing texture. To keep your pillowcase looking its best, store in a cool and dry place.

What is your sustainability approach?

Our products are created with deep care for the planet. Each piece is carefully quality-checked and packed in PLA (polylactic acid) corn starch mailer bags before being shipped. PLA is a plant-based material derived from renewable corn starch. We also attempt to use as little packaging material as possible. We’re committed to giving back through our social initiatives, with a portion of our profits donated to charitable organisations that support artisanal communities, environmental conservation or animal welfare. We are proud to support the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre and have adopted a beautiful bear named Fulung!
